About Charlotte
Charlotte Samaroo is the founder of The Conscious Collective. Her journey began as a competitive gymnast and dancer, until a serious spinal injury at 15 changed the course of her career. After undergoing back surgery at 20, she rebuilt her strength through fitness, yoga, and corrective exercise - tools that not only restored her body but reshaped her philosophy.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Charlotte has lived, studied, and worked across the U.S. and the UK. This global experience has deepened her holistic perspective, blending clinical knowledge with diverse approaches to health and movement.
Today, through The Conscious Collective, she helps others find the same balance - guiding clients to see movement as medicine and wellbeing as the ultimate form of self-love.
